SWINGVITATION 2012 FULL PASS

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The purchase of the Swingvitation 2012 Full Pass (‘Full Pass’) constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Only Full Pass tickets purchased through the official organizers – Mosaic Dance and Jitterbugs Swingapore (collectively ‘the Organizers’) – are considered valid.

2. The Full Pass provides the holder with admission to the entire Swingvitation 2012 event, including attendance of up to ten (10)
workshops by Jordan and Tatiana at Swingvitation 2012 (subject to level requirements and space availability) and entry to three (3) event parties from Thu through Sat. The Organizers will be strict regarding attendance of advanced level workshops.

3. Early Bird 1 prices apply strictly before 31 Dec 2011. Early Bird 2 prices apply strictly from 1 Jan 2012 to 29 Feb 2012.

4. Due to the discounted rates being offered, all tickets purchased are strictly not refundable upon purchase and non-transferable upon start of the Swingvitation 2012 event. Transfers are valid only upon notification by holder to the Organizer and receipt of confirmation from the Organizer at least 48 hours before the start of the the Swingvitation 2012 event.

5. The Organizers reserve the right to change times, dates and locations of the Swingvitation 2012 event / workshops / parties with prior notification to holders. In such an event, the ‘Full Pass’ are valid as they are and no refund shall be entertained. In the event that the Swingvitation 2012 event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer shall refund the purchase price of the ‘Full Pass’ in full and without liability for further compensation.

6. These terms and conditions constitute the full agreement between the holders and the Organizers.

SWINGVITATION INTENSIVE
From mid Oct 2011 to Apr 2012

If you have never taken a West Coast Swing (WCS) class before but have always wanted to try a partner dance, you too can be part of Swingvitation. To help you get a head start, we’re providing the Swingvitation Intensive – WCS classes at Jitterbugs Swingapore and Mosaic Dance, 7 days a week.

The Swingvitation Intensive is a special WCS programme designed to prepare even complete beginners to take classes from the pros when they arrive on our shores. From mid Oct 2011, participants will be entitled to take unlimited WCS classes at Jitterbugs Swingapore and Mosaic Dance in the run up to the Swingvitation weekend, with classes running 7 days a week. Prices for the Intensive include the full event pass worth S$480 (The full event pass includes up to 10 workshops & 3 parties). So pick up those feet and accept our Swingvitation today!

WEST COAST SWING (‘WCS’) INTENSIVE
TERMS & CONDITIONS

The purchase of any package under the WCS intensive program (‘WCS
Intensive’) constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. The WCS Intensive allows the purchaser to attend any number of WCS courses offered by Jitterbugs Swingapore and Mosaic Dance (collectively ‘the Organizers’) for the duration purchased, subject to the terms and conditions herein:

● Prior course registration is required (at least 48 hours before the start) for each course and attendance of each course is subject to level requirements and space availability.

● Unless otherwise specified by the Organizers, each course is conducted as a 4-week progressive series (1 class of 1 hour per week). Students should attend all 4 classes of the course as each class builds on the last.

● Number of course / classes conducted per week is at the discretion of the Organizers. Start of each course is subject to a minimum number of registrations. The Organizers reserve the right to change times, dates and locations of the courses/classes with prior notification to registered students.

2. The ‘Swing Intensive’ also includes the Swingvitation 2012 Full Pass, subject to the terms and conditions of therein – Please read the Swingvitation 2012 Full Pass Terms & Conditions.

3. All packages purchased are strictly not refundable upon purchase. A one-time transfer of the package is allowed. Termination of the package will result in the forfeit of the Swingvitation Full Pass.

4. The Organizers reserve the right to change times, dates and locations of the Swingvitation 2012 event/workshops/parties with prior notification to holders. In such an event, the ‘Full Pass’ are valid as they are and no refund shall be entertained. In the event that the
Swingvitation 2012 event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer shall refund 50% the purchase price of the WCS Intensive package and without liability for further compensation.

5. These terms and conditions constitute the full agreement between the purchasers and the Organizers.
